On a budget but want help with your next event, Birthday party, shower etc.? Wanting to do something different than the same old Wine Down Wednesdays or make the normal a little more memorable? Instead of using an expensive caterer or running yourself ragged, just order your food and drink from Sam's or Costco and let us pick it up, set it up and keep things rolling through the party...then help clean up after.  

Or have our designer customize a party package for you, deliver, set up, decorate, then tear down afterwards! 

How about a Chocolate and Charcuterie Event with a chocolate fountain and dippers? Or a Cookies and Cocoa Bar to warm up the winter? Need authentic tamales for your Cinco de Mayo? Baseball Opening Day Party?   Graduation Party?

Springtime Tea? Santa's Elf Arrival?  We can help with that! We can work with you to come up with new ideas for your events or spice up your current offerings. 

-Regular Event Help including pick up food, set-up, help during the event and tear down after.... starting at $50 per (hour 4 hour minimum) per helper.

-Floral wall rentals starting at $150 per panel per day (free delivery and set up in a 20-mile radius)

-Tea Party Packages starting at $75

-Flower Cart Rental starting at $100 a day

-Specialized or designed Decor, balloon arches, chocolate fountain, beverage dispensers, tables, linens and specialized serving pieces available.

--We offer a wide range of services, including small party planning, organizing (closets to rooms we can help!), grocery shopping, dry cleaning pick-up and drop-off, light maid services and more.

• Inspect unit for cleanliness

Corporate Turn Cleans

• Clean all apartment surfaces
• Clean large appliances inside and out
• Clean small kitchen appliances
• Stripping soft goods from beds and remaking them with the extras
• wash sheets/towels as needed
• Clean bathroom 
• sweep/mop/vacuum floors
• Gather personal items together and alert you immediately
• Departure inspection photos if there are cleaning or damage issues
• Photos of personal items left behind
• Maintenance turned in to you and the leasing office
• Photo of keys in unit

Real trees and artificial trees can be available for your guest ranging in size from 2 foot to 9 foot.  We can deliver, set up and decorate the tree or design something special your VIP guest would love.  

Wreathes, shelf sitters, garlands, pillows and other decor available on a first come first serve basis.

We can even deliver Christmas cookies and hot cocoa mix or a cocoa bar for your guests to find when they arrive in their new home.
